Timing of help desk support for HBH e-Auction portal.
Technical support will be available over telephone & email on Monday to Friday between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.

Important Note: In case of any queries or issue faced by the bidder, he/she should send their queries/issues to our official email IDs along with screenshot of error page and contact details.
Also, they must contact our help desk 2 hours prior of the scheduled e-Auction closure.
Help desk will remain closed on all Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In case a bidder has participated in 2 or more auctions with same user id, than please leave the current bidding screen to place the bid in another one.
Please avoid opening multiple tabs in the same browse.
Please avoid using mobile phone for placing bid. Use either PC or Laptop.
From 31.03.2023 onwards, all the bidders have to pay full and final payment in 100 days (i.e. count from the date of allotment letter). There will be no EMI. If any allottee does not pay full and final payment before completion of 100 days, then their 50% amount (i.e. sum of EMD and 15% payment) will be forfeited.
