Timing of help desk support for HBH e-Auction portal.
Technical support will be available over telephone & email on Monday to Friday between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.

Important Note: In case of any queries or issue faced by the bidder, he/she should send their queries/issues to our official email IDs along with screenshot of error page and contact details.
Also, they must contact our help desk 2 hours prior of the scheduled e-Auction closure.
Help desk will remain closed on all Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In case your internet connection is lost due to internet failure, power failure, client machine failure or any other issues which are external ones then time displayed on portal will not be in Sync with the current scenario in the Auction. It can and must not be classified as technical issue. In such case you need to close the browser and re-log in again”. When internet connection is lost; any bids posted will/may not reach the server as connection to server is also lost though the server is on”. In such scenarios neither HBH nor HKCL/MKCL be held responsible for any loss of business.
